Return & Exchange FAQ

At Transformed Silhouette, we take great pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. For this reason, all hair extension sales are final once opened.

However, we understand that choosing the right shade online can be tricky. That’s why we offer a one-time exchange for unopened, unused items under the following conditions:


  • Product is unopened, unworn, and untampered.
  • Security seal and original packaging are fully intact.
  • You contact us at support@transformsilhouette.com to request an exchange and receive written confirmation before sending anything back.


To qualify for a  shade exchange (within 90 days of your delivery date):

  • The product must be unopened, unworn, and untampered.
  • The original packaging and security seal must be intact and undamaged.
  • You must contact us for written approval before shipping the product back.


Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are only valid within the same product range (e.g., Genius Weft for Genius Weft).
  • Requests to switch to a different product type will be treated as a new purchase.


Our hair extensions are made from 100% human hair and are classified as hygienic products. For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, worn, or tampered products under any circumstances.

You must contact us at support@transformsilhouette.com before sending any exchange. Written approval is required to ensure your exchange is processed correctly.

Important:

  • Exchanges sent without prior approval will be denied.
  • Contacting us first ensures we can track your return, provide the correct return address, and expedite your replacement.


Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@transformsilhouette.com within the 90-day exchange window.
  2. Ensure your product is:

  • Unopened, unworn, and untampered.
  • In original packaging with the security seal intact.
  • Accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
  • Wait for written approval and detailed return instructions from our team.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to our Pompano Beach, Florida location,  full address will be provided  upon approval 


We highly recommend purchasing our Color Ring before ordering to avoid unnecessary exchanges.


Once we receive your returned product at our Pompano Beach location, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it qualifies for an exchange.


  • After approval, we will process and ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your exchange is on its way.


Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the requested shade.
